Background

To challenge myself, I decided to create a series of illustrations using extreme perspective, and using watercolor, a medium I don't use often.

Process

To get the perspective right, I used a 3d model of a perspective box and sketched digitally. Then, I printed the sketch and transferred it onto watercolor paper. For the colors, I colors digitally to get an idea of where the colors should be placed. On the right, is the painting before I got the suggestion to add bright, colorful blobs.

Final

I repeated the same process for the other 2 paintings.
